7 a.m. update: Current drive times

Commuters on southbound Hwy. 65 through Blaine are spending extra time in their vehicles. A road construction project was extened north to County Road 10 and lane restrictions kick in at 93rd Avenue. That's got traffic cramming up from 105th Avenue.

Road work also has a lane out of commission on southbound 35E/westbound 694 in Little Canada. That's got traffic at a slow roll through the commons, and continuing on southbound 35E into downtown St. Paul.

Also, a vehicle fire is producing some heavy smoke on southbound 35E at Larpenteur Avenue.

Southbound 35E from County J to I-94: 13 minutes.

Westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252: 10 minutes. Eastbound is 10 minutes.

Eastbound 94 from Crow River to 494: 13 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 9 minutes

Eastbound 394 from 494 to 35W via 94: 9 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to downtown Minneapolis: 16 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 10 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 17 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 11 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 6 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 5 minutes
