7 a.m. update: Current drive times

The big bottleneck is on westbound Hwy. 13 where authorities are clearing a rollover accident in which a truck spilled hundreds of bags of sealant and rubber. Two lanes are blocked and traffic is getting by on the left shoulder. Big delays begin just west of Washburn Avenue.

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 10 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 7 minutes
