We have not had many crashes this morning, but the two we have had have been serious.
The word is that Hwy. 12 at 5th Avenue in Maple Plain is closed due to a wreck.
In St. Louis Park, Hwy. 100 is jammed as commuters slow to take a look at the rescue operation in place. A vehicle went off the ramp from Hwy. 7 to northbound Hwy. 100. Several people were inside. Some have been pulled from the submerged vehicle. It's an unfolding and dangerous situation.
