7 a.m. update: Couple accidents on eastbound I-94

One is causing a slowdown at the Lowry Hill tunnel.

The right shoulder is blocked at the north tunnel of eastbound I-94 due to an accident. Down the road, eastbound I-94 has another shoulder blocked west of Hwy. 241 because of a crash.
