7:55 a.m. update: Traffic lights back on in Blaine

A brief traffic light outage at 105th Avenue on Hwy. 65 has been taken care of and traffic is starting to move well through Blaine and Spring Lake Park.

A brief traffic light outage at 105th Avenue on Hwy. 65 has been taken care of and traffic is starting to move well through Blaine and Spring Lake Park.

Meanwhile on westbound 94, traffic is slow to recover from the Hudson Bridge to 694 even through a crash at Neal Avenue has now cleared. It is still a 25-minute trek into downtown St. Paul.
