Commuters on southbound Hwy. 100 are riding the brakes from County Road 81 down to about Hwy. 7. A tarp is blocking the ramp from 42n Avenue to southbound 100 in Robbinsdale. Ahead, things cram at Glenwood Avenue and remain tight through St. Louis Park to Excelsior Blvd.

Northbound slows a tad from Execlsior Blvd up to 394.

Look out for a stall on southbound 94 near Plymouth Avenue in Minneapolis. The squeeze is on from Broadway over to 35W through the Lowry Tunnel.
