Authorities are on the scene of a possible medical emergency on northbound 169 at 93rd Avenue in Brooklyn Park. Word is a vehicle went into the ditch and the driver was reported to be slumped over the wheel.

A tow truck is on the scene trying to rescue a stuck truck on the ramp from northbound Central Avenue to westbound 694.
