A crash involving a vehicle and semitrailer truck on eastbound 94 just outside the east end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel is tangling traffic in downtown Minneapolis. The wreck is in the left lane.

Traffic on 94 comes to a stop at 7th Street while inbound 394 traffic hits the skids around Penn Avenue. Expect those lines to get longer until this mishap is cleared.

The other hotspot on the system is on northbound Hwy. 52 at 117th Street in Inver Grove Heights. A semi jackknifed and is blocking the highway. Delays are back to Hwy. 55 and County 42. This might be the day to try out Hwy. 3 or Hwy. 61 to get around the snarl.
