One lane of westbound Hwy. 36 is now open as n articulated Metro Transit bus that had been blocking all lanes has been moved out of the way.
Traffic is stacked up to White Bear Avenue, so expect big time delays. Also watch for pedestrians transfering to another bus parked on the shoulder at 35E.
There also are reports of a bus blocking lanes on Hwy. 7 at County Road 11 in the west metro.
