7:55 a.m. update: No speed on Hwy. 100 in St. Louis Park

A dump truck apparently lost a tire on the ramp from westbound 394 to southbound Hwy. 100. That's the least of the concerns for commuters on Hwy. 100.

A dump truck apparently lost a tire on the ramp from westbound 394 to southbound Hwy. 100. That's the least of the concerns for commuters on Hwy. 100.

Things are packed and barely moving from Glenwood Avenue to Excelsior Blvd. That is adding an extra 5 to 7 minutes to the trip.

Eastbound 394 is stacked up from Xenia Avenue into downtown Minneapolis. An earlier crash is to blame.
