7:55 a.m. update: Major backup on 394, 94 in Minneapolis

The crash on eastbound 94 at LaSalle Avenue has been moved out of the lanes to the left shoulder, but traffic is still having trouble getting by. The resulting backup starts at Broadway Avenue on east 94.

The crash on eastbound 94 at LaSalle Avenue has been moved out of the lanes to the left shoulder, but traffic is still having trouble getting by. The resulting backup starts at Broadway Avenue on east 94.

That wreck plus one near Penn Avenue has eastbound 394 traffic in gridlock from Hwy. 169 to downtown. Plan on a long long sit.

Police are on the way to an injury crash on West River Road and Pennsylvania Avenue in Champlin.
