7:55 a.m. update: Knotting up on 35W, lane clear on 94 in St. Paul's Midway

In Minneapolis, the stalled vehicle on the right shoulder of northbound 35W at 42nd Street is nothing to see. But apparently it's enough to clog traffic from 50th Street to Lake Street.

A MnDOT First Unit has pushed the vehicles that had been blocking the left lane of westbound 94 at Snelling Avenue over to the right shoulder. All lanes are back open, but expect heavy traffic from Dale Street to Cretin Avenue as things are slow to recover.
