7:55 a.m. update: Hit-and-run crash near U of M

Our big problem continue to be on westbound 94 in Woodbury where a truck is blocking the right lane at the 494/694 interchange. It lost a tire so it's been difficult to move out of the traffic lanes.

U of M police are looking for a vehicle that took off after a crash. A commercial vehicle is sitting at Fulton and East River Pkwy. Apparently the collision occured on I-94. No description of the vehicle that left the scene was given.

Our big problem continue to be on westbound 94 in Woodbury where a truck is blocking the right lane at the 494/694 interchange. It lost a tire so it's been difficult to move out of the traffic lanes.

Two vehicles are partially blocking the ramp from southbound Hwy. 100 that connects to the auxiliary lane heading to westbound 394. The mishap is near Xenia Avenue.

Our other slow spots due to congestion:
Westbound 94 from Hwy. 280 to Portland Avenue.

Northbound 35W from 50th Street to Franklin Avenue in Minneapolis.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the river bridge.

Eastbound 694 approaching 35W.

Eastbound Crosstown from Hwy. 169 to Cedar Avenue.
