7:55 a.m. update: Crash on Crosstown cleared

A crash that had been blocking traffic on eastbound Crosstown at Hiawatha Avenue is finally out of the way. It sat there long enough to stack up traffic back to Bloomington Avenue. This will take a few minutes to clear out, so plan on 10 minutes extra if you are heading to the airport.

Elsewhere, there is some kind of police activity at the Anoka rail station. No word on if that is impacting Northstar riders.

Look for congestion adding an extra 5 minutes to the drive on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.

Northbound 35E also is cramming up from Hwy. 110 up to Kellogg Blvd. in St. Paul.
