A wreck on westbound 94 at Hwy. 280 is making for a 15-minute drive from downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis.

The slowest spots in the metro are on eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494/694. That is taking 30 minutes or more. The good news is the crash at Hemlock Lane has cleared and the stall at 169 has been moved out of the way.

Traffic is creeping along on northbound 35 from 210th Street to Black Dog Road. Plan on 39 minutes to reach 494.

On westbound Hwy. 36, it is taking 21 minutes from 35E to 35W. On southbound 35W, the crash at County I has cleared. Travel to Hwy. 280 will take about 22 minutes.

You'll find bumper-to-bumper traffic on southbound 35E from Little Canada Road to downtown St. Paul. Look for a crash at Maryland Avenue.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
