All clear on southbound 169 at Plymouth Avenue. The truck has been moved out of the left lane. Still, huge delays remain with 30 minutes from 94 to 394.
Look for building levels of traffic on northbound 35E from Hwy. 110 to downtown St. Paul. That is 18 minutes.
Westbound Hwy. 36 is quite slow from 35E over to 35W due to a crash on at 35W. Plan on 12 minutes.
