The freaky crash in which a tire flew off a vehicle on I-94 at Wabasha Street has cleared. In its wake, traffic is still stacked up to Century Avenue, so plan on 20 minutes to reach Dale Street.

Traffic remains tight on southbound 169 from Brooklyn Park through New Hope. A wreck on southbound 169 at Rockford Road has been moved over to the right shoulder.

Both the Crosstown and 494 in both directions are extremely tight and will cost you 20 minutes between Hwy. 169 and Cedar Avenue.
