A fresh crash on the left shoulder at 76th Street has southbound 35W creeping along from the Crosstown.

Northbound 35W is struggling from County 42 up to Lake Street. That is 28 minutes due to earlier crashes and heavy traffic.

In Mounds View, a wreck on southbound 35W at Hwy. 10 is setting drivers back 3 to 6 minutes. The action is on the left shoulder.
