It sounds like a broken record this morning, but it is true. The slowest traffic is all across the south metro.

It sounds like a broken record this morning, but it is true. The slowest traffic is all across the south metro.

Northbound Cedar Avenue has joined the party with dense traffic from County Road 38 up to the Mall of America. Plan on 25 minutes from Apple Valley to the Crosstown.

It's gridlock conditions on northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 18 to Old Shakopee Road. That bridge work will remain in place until late August.

Northbound 35W is not much better. A crash at Hwy. 13 is adding to the mess. Plan on 25 minutes from Crystal Lake Road to 494.

Elswehere, westbound 94 is crawling from Hwy. 280 to the Lowry Hill Tunnel. That is 20 minutes.

Southbound 35W drivers can plan on spending 30 minutes in the vehicles from Lake Drive to downtown Minneapolis.

It's busy on Hwy. 36 from Dale Street to Hwy. 280; plan on 12 minutes there.
