Things have gotten busy on the Crosstown in both directions from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 169. Plan on 20 minutes heading east from 169 to 35W while it's 13 minutes heading west from Cedar to 35W.

Expect slow traffic on southbound 494 from Bass Lake Road to Hwy. 55. Speeds are at 20 miles per hour.

Things are slow on northbound 35W from Cliff Road to 98th Street.

The right shoulder is blocked on westbound 94 at County Road 13/Radio Drive. It's still a managable drive into downtown St. Paul; plan on 15 minutes.
