Southbound Hwy. 100 continues to be clogged due to the incident at Hwy. 7. That is where a car went into a holding pond about an hour ago. Plan on 30 minutes from 94 down to Excelsior Blvd.
Southbound Hwy. 169 is not much better. It's 40 minutes from Hwy. 610 to the Crosstown.
