Commuters on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul can plan on a 20-minute drive. Those continuing on to downtown Minneapolis can add another 20 minutes to the drive.
The usual congestion is in place on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to Hwy. 280 and on 494 in both directions between Hwy. 100 and Cedar Avenue.
Southbound I-494 is unusually heavy with 25 minutes needed from the Fish Lake Interchange to Hwy. 55.
There looks to be a crash on northbound 35W at 37th Street. Traffic is bound up starting at 50th Street.
