Southbound 35W is crowded from County Road I down to Hwy. 280.
On northbound 35W, it's 22 minutes from the Burnsville Split to the Crosstown. Two crashes are plaguing traffic, one at Hwy. 13 and another at 494.
The truck that had been blocking southbound Hwy. 169 at Plymouth Avenue is finally out of the way. Major delays remain from Bass Lake Road.
