7:50 a.m. update: Tight on 94, jammed on 694

Traffic is crawling on northbound 694 from 15th Street in Oakdale to 40th Street. A stall at Hwy. 5 is the culprit.

Traffic is crawling on northbound 694 from 15th Street in Oakdale to 40th Street. A stall at Hwy. 5 is the culprit.

Westbound 94 is jammed from the Hudson Bridge to County Road 21 due to an earlier rollover. Ahead, things bunch up approaching downtown St. Paul and remain tight over to Hwy. 280 where there is a crash on the right shoulder. It is 24 minutes from 35E to Hiawatha Avenue.
