7:50 a.m. update: Tied up on Hwy. 13, 212

Traffic is at a standstill on eastbound Hwy. 13 at Hwy. 101. That is partially due to a ramp jam getting onto northbound Hwy. 169. Westbound is dealing with a stalled semi just east of 169.

A roll over crash on Hwy. 212 at Hwy. 101 has eastbound traffic stuck at Powers Blvd. Many drivers opted to take Hwy. 41 up to Hwy. 5. The result is a traffic jam on Hwy. 5 that runs from Audubon Road all the way over to near Prairie Center Drive.

In St. Paul, look out for a stall blocking the right lane on westbound 94 at Cretin Avenue. Things start to sputter along from Snelling Avenue.
