A stall in the Lowry Hill Tunnel has eastbound 94 traffic jamming at Olson Highway. Commuters on eastbound 394 also are getting caught in a jam from Penn Avenue over to 394.

A stall in the Lowry Hill Tunnel has eastbound 94 traffic jamming at Olson Highway. Commuters on eastbound 394 also are getting caught in a jam from Penn Avenue over to 394.

Another tough spot is southbound 494 approaching Excelsior Blvd. A crash resides on the right shoulder with slow downs beginning at Minnetonka Blvd.
