A stall on southbound Hwy. 252 near 694 and a five-vehicle wreck ahead on southbound 94 at 49th Avenue has drivers riding the brakes as they come around the curve in Brooklyn Center.

But commuters in the south metro would gladly take the minor slow down rather than deal with the packed conditions on northbound Hwy. 169, 35W and Cedar Avenue. All three routes are jammed due to extra traffic getting around the Hwy. 41 and Hwy. 101 closures over the Minnesota River.

Plan on 30 to 35 minutes on 35W from the Burnsville Split to downtown Minneapolis. Northbound Cedar is 16 minutes from County 42 to the Crosstown while northbound 169 is 20 minutes from Catnerbury Road to 494.

Westbound 694 is a grind near Rice Street due to a wreck on the left shoulder while the usual slow down on westbound 94 into St. Paul is complicated with a wreck on the right at Hwy. 61.
