Icy conditions are playing havoc with trucks trying to travel between Lower Afton Road and Burns Avenue. They can't get up the inclines.

Another semi is stuck on eastbound 94 at Olson Memorial Hwy. One lane is blocked. This is the second time today we've had issues at that intersection.
