A power outage in downtown Minneapolis has knocked out some traffic lights, including those on Portland Avenue, Park Avenue and 5th Street. Light-rail trains are not affected.

A power outage in downtown Minneapolis has knocked out some traffic lights, including those on Park Avenue, Portland Avenue and 5th Street.

Light-rail trains are not impacted, Metro Transit said.
