A jackknifed semitrailer truck landed in the right ditch on southbound I-35 at 195th Street in Lakeville. Northbound traffic is running well below the posted speeds from there up to the 35E/W split.

Ahead on 35E, plan on a very slow roll from County 11 up to Kellogg Blvd. Speeds are at 5 to 15 miles per hour.

On northbound 35W, things are locked up from the split up to the Minnesota River bridge.

In Oakdale, southbound 694 is trudging along from Hwy. 36 to I-94. South of I-94, nobody is moving fast. It's near gridlock from Lake Road all the way over to Bloomington. That might be the worst drive of the morning.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
