7:50 a.m. update: Noise wall-related delays developing in Minneapolis

It's taken a bit longer than usual, but congestion associated with a lane closure on eastbound 94 in Minneapolis has now set in. The right lane is closed between Huron Blvd. and Hwy. 280 as MnDOT crews work on a noise wall. That has traffic cramming up starting at Cedar Avenue.

Our other tight spot is on southbound Hwy. 169. A wreck at 49th Avenue has traffic creeping along from 77th Avenue through Brooklyn Park and New Hope.

Look for flashing lights in the median of southbound 694 approaching 10th Street in Oakdale. The remnants of a crash are creating a minor delay.
