Scanner reports indicate that the search is on for a vehicle that might have left the road from eastbound 94 at Hwy .280. The vehicle might have landed in a grove of trees, but no sightings so far.

Police also are on the way to pick up a woman who is walking with a baby at 34th Avenue. Not a good or safe idea to walk along a freeway.

Traffic is still plugged up on eastbound 94 due to an earlier crash at Cedar Avenue. Things are tight from Nicollet past the scene.

Northbound 35W is stagnant from 50th Street into downtown Minneapolis. That is 12 minutes.
