Southbound 94 approaching the Lowry Hill Tunnel is jammed up from Broadway over to Hwy. 280, a trip that will take about 13 minutes.
That's also impacting eastbound 394 traffic as things start slowing down from Penn Avenue over to 94.
On northbound 35W, look for a 15-minute trip from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis with congestion kicking in around 46th Street.
Westbound 94 from White Bear Avenue to downtown St. Paul has its share of traffic with 16 minutes needed there.
Elsewhere drivers will feel the squeeze on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694 and on 694 in both directions between University Avenue and Xerxes Avenue in Brooklyn Center.
