The good news for drivers on westbound Hwy. 13 is that the ramp to northbound 169 is now open. It has been closed for a short time as fire crews put out a car fire.

On northbound 169, motorists are getting by the scene in the left lane only. Thingsare barely moving, but the back up extends beyond Canterbury Road. This delay will be with us for quite a while.

Elsewhere traffic is moving just fine in many places, but not so well in others.

One place it's not is on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to Hwy. 280. That trek will cost you 22 minutes.

Westbound 494 is heavy from Cedar Avenue to Penn Avenue. That is a 7-minute drive.

On eastbound 94, watch for debris blocking the left lane at Brockton Lane in Maple Grove.
