The peaceful rush just got busy with a new fender bender on the right shoulder of eastbound Crosstown at France Avenue. The lineup begins near Hwy. 100.

On northbound 35W a fender bender at Cliff Road and ahead at another at 35th Street in Minneapolis is adding to the drive time. Speeds are 35 miles per hour from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.
