Traffic is bunching up on eastbound 94 from Maple Grove Pkwy. to the Fish Lake Split. Much of that is due to the semi that tipped over on the ramp from northbound 494 to eastbound 94 in Maple Grove.
With the ramp closed, traffic is being diverted onto westbound 94. Commuters are using the Weaver Lake Road ramp to turn around and then head east on 94.
That's the major activity on the system at this hour. The other snag is a minor delay due to a stall on westbound 694 at Lexington Avenue.
