7:50 a.m. update: Cramming up on 35W, Hwy. 36

A stalled vehicle on northbound 35W at 35th Street is creating havoc for commuters. A jam has formed at 42nd Street and remains in place to downtown Minneapolis. It's 10 minutes and rising from Crosstown to downtown.

A stalled vehicle on northbound 35W at 35th Street is creating havoc for commuters. A jam has formed at 42nd Street and remains in place to downtown Minneapolis. It's 10 minutes and rising from Crosstown to downtown.

Look for things to go south in a hurry. A new disabled vehicle is blocking the center lane of northbound 35W at 50th Street.

Look for westbound Hwy. 36 to cram from Dale Street to 35W. That is now at 12 minutes.

Eastbound 394 has pockets of slow and go traffic from Hwy. 169 to downtown Minneapolis.
