7:50 a.m. update: Crammed on Cedar Avenue

Northbound Cedar Avenue is plugged up from McAndrews Road up to Diffley Road, so plan on 15 minutes to reach the Crosstown. Look out for a wreck on the ramp to southbound 35E.

Northbound Cedar Avenue is plugged up from McAndrews Road up to Diffley Road, so plan on 15 minutes to reach the Crosstown. Look out for a wreck on the ramp to southbound 35E.

Good news for north metro drivers. The bad wreck on the Mississippi River bridge on westbound 694 has been cleared. Traffic is still jammed back to Long Lake Road.

Minor delays for northbound 169 drivers due to a crash on the ramp to Old Shakopee Road.
