A rollover crash in the center median is causing havoc for both north and southbound drivers on Cedar Avenue. The activity is near 66th Street.

Plan on 15 minutes northbound to get past the scene.

I-94 is moving fairly well between the downtowns. Westbound slows a bit at Riverside Avenue. Eastbound is 8 minutes from the Lowry Hill Tunnel to Hwy. 280.
