7:50 a.m. update: At a crawl on 494 in Bloomington

It may be the sun that is slowing down traffic on eastbound 494. It's 13 minutes from Hwy. 169 over to 35W. No wrecks on that stretch, just lots of heavy traffic.

It may be the sun that is slowing down traffic on eastbound 494. It's 13 minutes from Hwy. 169 over to 35W. Looks like a crash at Xerxes Avenue is adding to the heavy traffic.
