Westbound 94 loses steam heading into downtown St. Paul with speeds dropping from White Bear Avenue to downtown St. Paul. Ahead, at Dale Street, look for a crash in the left lane.

In Minneapolis, a semitrailer truck is involved in a rear-end crash at Cedar Avenue. That is in the left lane and traffic comes to a standstill at Huron Blvd.

Northbound 35W has a crash at Hwy. 13 and to the south, a tanker and car are off on the right shoulder at County Road 60.
