It's crammed on southbound 35E from Roselawn Avenue to downtown St. Paul. A crash at Maryland Avenue now moved to the right shoulder is the reason.

From the south, 35E sputters in spots from 494 to downtown St. Paul. That is about 8 to 11 minutes.

Westbound Crosstown jams in the vicinity of Cedar Avenue due to a crash on the right shoulder. Things flow a bit better west of Portland Avenue.

Southbound Hwy. 100 is improving now that an accident at France Avenue is gone. It's about 15 to 17 minutes from 94 to the Crosstown.
