The newest fly in the ointment is a crash on the left shoulder of westbound 94 at Lexington Pkwy. That has traffic gummed up back at Western Avenue, so expect delays between the two downtowns.
MnDOT is just finishing cleaning up the scaffolding that littered the lanes of southbound 35E at County 96. Ahead, things are tight from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul.
In Minneapolis, a stalled school bus is blocking part of the ramp from Lyndale/Hennepin Avenues to eastbound 94.
