7:45 a.m. update: Still crammed on Hwy. 169 in Shakopee

The latest snag on northbound Hwy. 169 in the south metro comes with two vehicles on the right shoulder at Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington. That is the third incident in the area this morning, and that's the reason for the painful drive for commuters heading north out of Shakopee.

The latest snag on northbound Hwy. 169 in the south metro comes with two vehicles on the right shoulder at Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington. That is the third incident in the area this morning, and that's the reason for the painful drive for commuters heading north out of Shakopee.

Traffic jams at Canterbury Road and remains nose to nose up to Anderson Lakes Pkwy.

Westbound Hwy. 241 has yet to reopen at the I-94 interchange. The State Patrol is still working a serious injury crash that required Air Care to come in. The best advice is to head into the city via Territorial Road as access to I-94 is nonexistant at this time.

Westbound 94 is starting to stack up due to a crash at Lexington Avenue in St. Paul. It's on the left shoulder.
