A couple of issues for drivers heading into Minneapolis on eastbound 94. There's a stall off to the right shoulder just north of the Lowry Hill Tunnel. On the other side, there's a stall blocking the right shoulder at Hennepin Avenue.

In St. Paul, a wreck in the left lane at Hwy. 52 has traffic backed up all the way to Century Avenue.

Cameras are not showing anything, but traffic is plugged up on northbound Cedar Avenue from 494 up to the Crosstown.

On northbound Hwy. 100, a crash at Minnetonka Blvd. is off to the right shoulder. Traffic stacks up at 50th Street. Give yourself 15 minutes to get through that area.

A crash is sitting off to the right on northbound 35W at Hwy. 13. That's having a minimal impact on traffic.

The crashes and stalls on westbound Hwy. 36 at 35W are long gone, but the delays remain. It's 20 minutes from Hwy. 61 to Hwy. 280.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
