Always busy at this time of the day, 494 is being hampered by a stall that was just pushed out of the way near Minnetonka Blvd. Expect the jam to form at Rockford Road and inch along past the scene.

Northbound Hwy. 169 is plugged from Canterbury Road past a crash at Anderson Lakes Pkwy. Plan on 15 minutes to get past that crash action.
