On a morning in which we have had only one reported crash and little in the way of congestion, the ramp jamp from northbound 494 to Hwy. 55 is making news. Look for a stalled vehicle blocking the ramp leading to minor delays.
The other activity of note is a motorist chaning a tire on eastbound 94 at Hamline Avenue.
Other than those incidents, it continues to be a smooth commute.
