7:45 a.m. update: New crash on 94 at Riverside

It's 20 minutes from Downtown St. Paul to Downtown Minneapolis.

The left lane is blocked on westbound 94 at Riverside Avenue in Minneapolis with a crash. Things stack up at Franklin Avenue.

Plan on 20 minutes from downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis. There's slow traffic from Dale Street to Lexington Avenue.

A wreck on the Bloomington Ferry Bridge has northbound 169 jammed back to Canterbury Road. The left lane is blocked at Hwy. 101.

Congestion is building in a number of spots:

Northbound 35W from Crosstown to 94

Westbound 36 from Dale Street to Fairview Avenue

Southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to 94

Crosstown in both directions from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100.
