7:45 a.m. update: Motorcycle crash on Cedar cleared

All lanes of northbound Cedar Avenue at the Crosstown are back open. A motorcycle crash had the right lane closed for about 30 minutes, and that led to a backup that extended to I-494. Word is the biker suffered a broken leg, but does not have life threatening injuries.

All lanes of northbound Cedar Avenue at the Crosstown are back open. A motorcycle crash had the right lane closed for about 30 minutes, and that led to a backup that extended to I-494. Word is the biker suffered a broken leg, but does not have life threatening injuries.

Northbound 35W drivers will run into a snag at Black Dog Road. A couple vehicles are off on the right shoulder. The delays begin at Burnsville Pkwy.
