Metro Transit buses that normally run on Nicollet Mall are operating on Hennepin Avenue this morning and afternoon. Nicollet is closed for the Red Carpet Parade in connection with the All-Star Game.
No fewer than 10 Metro Transit routes will be on detour through 6 p.m. Wednesday. they include routes that normally run on 6th Street between 1st Avenue N. and Hennepin. Here is where to catch routes 14, 94, 134, 355, 365, 375, 643, 649, 663, 758 and 764.
On the roads, look for a fresh fender bender on westbound 94 at Park Avenue. You'll see the log jam starting to form at Hiawatha Avenue.
